Deliveries to most areas in New Zealand are 3- 5 working days.  "Working day" is Monday - Friday.  You will receive a tracking number when your parcel is on the way to you. 

Please notify us if your order is urgent.

Please be advised that during the Gift Fair, Christmas time or sales periods, shipping times may vary (2-3 weeks).

If there is likely to be a delay due to items being out of stock or otherwise, we will notify you via email.

We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. Please contact your local post office, with your tracking number, to trace the parcel or lodge a claim.

$10.00 for WHOLESALE orders for main truck routes plus and additional $6.00 charge  for RD or rural address

 $30 untracked and sent at your own RISK 

This service is not tracked. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand. We have had no problems to this point with parcels getting lost.
